IHEID allows students to reserve rooms for their events. Under the current system, GISA compiles all student requests and then sends them to administration for approval.

To manage the large volume of requests, GISA operates on the following process:

1st: Plan at least two weeks in advance

The entire booking process can take up to 10 days. Therefore, GISA needs to receive your request at least two weeks in advance in order to be able to provide an answer in time for your event.

A description of the rooms available at Maison de la Paix is provided here:

More general information on the campus is provided here:

2nd: Make sure that the room you choose is availableon the day and time you are requesting

Please note that GISA will NOT answer questions on availability as this information is fully accessible online. Here are the instructions for checking availability:

Make sure to complete all required information in the online form, and submit it.

We forward the requests to the administration once a week (on Tuesdays). Then they respond, and then we pass the message to you. Remember that this entire booking process can take up to 10 days. We only accept requests that have been submitted properly through the online form.

Please note that, from now on, GISA will not respond to requests sent through Facebook, email, or in person. We will only consider requests that are submitted properly following the described steps.

Thank you very much for understanding, and we wish you many successful events this academic year!
